Dusan Pejakovic is PhD Candidate in Political Science, volunteer, social entrepreneur, freelance journalist and award-winning book author, based in Podgorica, Montenegro. Has been expressing himself through written word from an early age. He writes and creates on a multilingual basis (languages of the Balkan peninsula area, English, Spanish, Italian). So far published in over a hundred books of poetry and prose, as well as via culture magazines and multiple online platforms; has won many awards and accolades for his literary work. In July 2020, he published a book of English poetry “Unrest of lucidity” which can be found on Amazon as well as other places Amazon collaborates with. He also writes prose, primarily embodied in the form of short stories, novellas and essays. His second book of poetry, written in his native language (Eng. translation: “The silhouette of an unfulfilled dream”) has been published in November 2020. In February 2021, he published yet another poetic piece, a unique multilingual book of poetry called “Polyphony of life”. His fourth book is an unique piece, eclectic mixture of haiku poetry coupled with micro prose and several other short forms. It's called "Poetry of the microcosm".
He is currently working on some new projects, a collection of short of stories and an essay collection piece from the domain of humanistic science.
